MOAR TL;DR YAAAAYYYY

Obizuth didn't wake up with her new appendages, only the two halos over each shoulder blade. At her point in the story, they are common where she lives, so she thinks someone was benevolent and got her the grafting procedure. Soooo she goes out to celebrate, getting those tattoos you see there.

Later on Lus and Mundus manage to claw their way out of the space where her lungs used to be and exit via the shoulders (angels and demons are rather attached to their halos, they cuddle with 'em if they're seperated for too long :'D) and trigger the growth process for her new limbs. The whole thing traumatizes the poor girl and BAM AMNESIA her life as Obizuth begiiiins.
